  1. The new format of the newsletter is a great improvement. The available information through the “more” link is very welcome. I look forward to future monthly newsletters.

  2. Hello
I’ve just checked back through the Review of the RV Act 1999 ( that’s 17 years ago, and a lot has happened in the RV world since then) files here on the ARQRV website and note that this “review” stretches back to March 2 012, now over four years and three ministers ago. I am totally frustrated with the lack of resolve and action to finish the task, especially in the last 12 months.
In the meantime mostly vulnerable residents are being mistreated and charged high and unfair fees ( which badly fail the “pub test”) by Scheme Operators who have the big money and the power we ordinary residents just don’t have to find and capitalise on loopholes and ambiguities with regard to consumer protection and fair trading practices in the current RVAct.
Minister Brenni is coming to the AGM in September to no doubt make more promises, but we need to know what real action has happened in the 12 months apart from one meeting in January 2016??
